Amerione Corporation is a Florida nonprofit organization originally established on April 1, 1999, with a mission centered on community service and accessible education. After an administrative dissolution in May 2000, Amerione was formally reinstated on September 11, 2020, restoring its active status and enabling renewed development of public‑interest programs.
Amerione expanded its organizational foundation through Delaware, beginning with a name reservation filed on September 14, 2020, followed by approval as an exempt corporation on January 11, 2021. The organization obtained its IRS Employer Identification Number on February 2, 2021, and completed registration as a foreign nonprofit corporation in Florida on March 23, 2021, strengthening its multi‑state compliance and operational capacity.
Amerione withdrew its foreign registration from the State of Florida on January 8, 2025. Then on May 8, 2025, Amerione domesticated from the State of Delaware to the State of Florida. On November 4, 2025, Amerione registered the ficititous name of LEXBOT INSTITUTE in the State of Florida.
Today, Amerione operates educational and technology‑focused initiatives, including the LexBot Institute, a modern legal‑technology learning program offering structured training, workshops, and digital learning resources.
